What I am looking for

• A managed IT or IT support company serving small and midsize businesses and professional practices.
• Roughly 15 to 30 regular clients, with the owner and one or two technicians doing the work.
• Clients mostly on ongoing support agreements rather than one-off repair.
• Located between San Antonio and Austin, including New Braunfels, Seguin, San Marcos and the towns along I-35 and in the Hill Country.
• An owner who wants their clients and their team looked after once they step back.

I am open on which industries your clients are in and which tools you use. The size and the location matter most.

What stays the same

I plan to keep the company's name, its people and its client relationships. The change should be invisible to your clients. I will work alongside you through the transition for as long as you want to be involved.
